2.0.0!!! YAY!!

Added unlocks for EVERY FOOL!

New fool - Felix, an Arnold-Burnout type fool, except instead of getting flatly weaker or stronger, he becomes more inconsistent.

I made quite a few changes to pre-existing fools, I've certainly forgotten some. Here's the ones I remember:

Vandander:
Ventilate's healing now scales (1/2/3/4)
His sprite changes are now more chaotic!

Spoogle:
Clamped the scaling of Ablate and Concatenate to be more in-line with vanilla fools
Vomit no longer self heals

Filemarm:
Band-aid fixed for now, but Sump should mostly correctly change random pigment instead of always the first one(s)

Salad:
Mercury and Technetium now inflicts a minimum of one scar
Penalty now has an animation when it activates

Vat:
Healing increased
Sprite changes are now accurate to health color (when you use it's moves to change them)

I added some non-unlock items:

Tapped Pins - Unsplits split pigments into colors that it was not before

Split Pins - Splits single pigment into split pigments that don't have the original color

Head Pin - Turns costs gray, but doubles them
